They are a marble score 3+ from Wagyu x Angus Cattle, Boasting 200 Days on a selected grain ration. At $55/kg for 1.8kg = $100/Piece

At 1.8kg it is best to reverse sear. Start this Tomahawk off the direct heat or flames (In an oven ideally) for Medium Rare - Have the oven on 120 degrees for 1 hour 10 mins. Finish the steak over a hot BBQ grill to give the outside a crust.
