Refund policy

We have a same day return policy. If you have any issues with your Robanco Meats upon delivery you need to notify us as soon as possible so we can rectify. 

To address an Issue with your delivery, you can contact us at orders@robancomeats.com.au

If your credit is accepted, we will pick the product up on the next available day. If the solution is we swap the product over it will also be done on the next available day.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item looks incorrect/damaged packaging or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
