What is the order & delivery process?

We have a midnight cut-off for next day delivery. Our butchers then cut and pack the orders and put an Ice sheet in the box. The driver then delivers between 11am and 2pm. With the ice sheet the box will last 4-5 hours at ambient temperature.

How long will my meat last?

As all of our steaks, mince, diced meat, chicken breast and thigh comes Vac packed we have a general rule:

  • Steaks - 14 day best before in fridge.
  • Mince/Dice - 7 Day best before in fridge.
  • Chicken Breast and Thigh - 5 day best before in fridge.
  • Sausages - Bagged - 7 day best before.
  • Schnitzels - 5 day best before. For best results cook or freeze within 1-2 days of delivery.
  • Pork cuts - 5 Days best before from delivery.

As always it is best practice to Freeze the products as early as you can if you wont be consuming in the coming days. As majority of products are Vac packed they will defrost with no quality change.

What time will my delivery be?

Delivery Window: 11am to 2pm

Our drivers leave Blayney between 10am and 11am so local delivery we say 11am to 2pm. As the box has an ice sheet this can last in ambient temperature for up to 5 hours.

How much is delivery?

For orders over $150 we have free delivery.

Any order under $150 has a $15 delivery fee.
This has an $80+ delivery value threshold.

Pickup orders are free with a $50 minimum spend.

What happens if I am not home?

Our boxes are insulated and each order is packed with an Ice sheet. Once delivered these boxes have been test to last 5+ Hours in ambient temperatures.

At checkout you can leave a note if there is a specific spot our driver can leave the box.

What days do you deliver?

We deliver 5 Days a week - 11am-2pm
Monday to Friday to Orange, Bathurst, Blayney and Millthorpe.

Sydney/Wollongong orders are delivered every fortnight- Wednesday or Thursday.

Are your products fresh or frozen?

95% of our products are fresh. Our butchers cut and pack our home delivery orders the day of delivery. This ensures our products last and are as fresh as possible.

The products that are frozen are:
Beef Cheeks, Pork Ribs, Lamb Shanks, Dog Bones.
