Our Lamb Loin Chops are expertly trimmed and cut for the perfect size (140g each) 
The Lamb Chop contains the backstrap on 1 side of the bone and the Fillet on the other (The same as a Beef T-Bone) 

Lightly season with olive oil, salt and pepper and cook at a high heat in a Pan or on the BBQ
