Tender Chicken Marylands coated in a smokey Korean-Inspired Glaze, with garlic, sesame and a gentle chilli kick. Rich, Sticky and full of flavour - simply heat in the oven and serve with steamed rice, noodles or a fresh Asian-style slaw.

Cooking Instructions: 
Tray is microwave & oven safe.
Oven (Frozen): Cover with Foil - 180°C  for 12-15 minutes, remove foil and cook for another 12-15 minutes - or until piping hot. 
Oven (Thawed): Cover with Foil - 180°C  for 7-9 minutes, remove foil and cook for another 7-9 minutes - or until piping hot.
