A Winter Must - Beef Osso Bucco! 

Rich, hearty and full of flavour. Our Premium Osso Bucco is made for slow cooking. Cut from the Shank with the bone left in, once slow cooked the marrow melts into the sauce to create incredible depth of flavour.

Cooking Tips: Brown off the Osso Bucco on all sides in a pan. Remove and put into the slow cooker. Add to the pan carrots, celery, onion & garlic until soft. Add your red wine and stock before putting the lid on and cooking for 3-4 hours in a Dutch Oven or 7-8 hours if using a slow cooker.
