These beef bone marrow splits are approximately 15cm long.

Bone marrow has a rich, sweet taste and is often used in broths. More and more, it's being recognised as a delicacy and is gaining a deserved gourmet status!

How to cook:

  1. Roast the marrow bones facing up in the oven with a light drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper plus any other seasonings (such as parsley).
  2. Cook in the oven or on the barbecue for 20 minutes on 180 - 200 degrees, until the marrow turns a nice brown colour and is soft to touch. 
  3. This is best served with FRESH bread and a squeeze of lemon!
